Daily Notices

In order to help reduce blanket emails across the Organisation, a proposal was suggested to implement Daily Notices. Daily Notices would be a daily bulletin sent out to all staff and pupils with notices that were relevant to them for that day. The idea was they they would be read out in a Tutor period reducing the chance of emails being missed and inboxes being cluttered.

The final system was a Single Page Application, written in Vanilla JS and using FullCalendar for the calendar alongside animate.css for some of the animations. I made sure to make posting a notice as simple as possible to make sure there would be use of the system. You can see an example creation of notice flow below:
